I also practice Stanislov Grof’s Holotropic breath work, and Dr. Robert Brown’s Total Breath, as well as a multitude of other Pranayama and Tantric modalities. Whichever sect of breath work interests you, it’s important to have a coach who is knowledgeable in the science and medical components of breathing. Not every modality is safe for every population, and I am trained to recognize those contraindications to make sure you are provided with a safe and effective practice.
