Transformation can begin within a single hour and a half session. We start with assessing where you are at currently, develop a plan moving forward, and objectively measure your progress along the way.
I stumbled upon breathwork incidentally as one of many tools I tried using to ‘fix’ my state of being. As it happens, there really wasn’t anything to be fixed, only pieces of me to be accepted. Breathwork has changed my life enormously since starting this journey, in ways I can barely begin to articulate. Once I got started down this path, the desire to help others created an natural draw towards coaching. One that has been enormously fulfilling so far.
As a practitioner, I am certified as an Oxygen Advantage instructor from Patrick McKeown’s school of the same name. I understand and teach breathwork from a scientific perspective as well as spiritual. I believe its critical that any coach, regardless of their discipline, have a full understanding of how their methods impact their clients, as well as which health conditions can be impacted through this work. My goal is not only to provide an effective practice, but to also provide one that is safe for you.
